No. It checks fonts, strips disallowed items, and adds the right metadata — but we haven't tested the result against a formal validator (veraPDF), so we can't guarantee it.

Can I convert encrypted PDFs?

No. You need to remove the password first using the "Remove PDF Password" tool.
